Welcome to World Dominion ("the Game"). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or playing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and emandev ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Guest accounts use browser local storage and data may be lost if you clear your browser data. We are not responsible for loss of guest account data.

4. Game Rules & Acceptable Use

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies the Game experience
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game servers or infrastructure
• Manipulate game data, save files, or network traffic to gain unfair advantages
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or in-game progress to others

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to code, graphics, user interface, audio, text, game mechanics, and design elements, is the property of emandev and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
• You may not create derivative works based on the Game without prior written consent
• All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the Game are our property

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content (such as usernames or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Game. You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide.

7. Advertising

The Game may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks. By using the Game, you agree that:

• We may display ads within the Game interface
• Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for ad content accuracy
• Interaction with advertisements is at your own risk
• Ad targeting may use data as described in our Privacy Policy

8. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency

All in-game items, currency, progress, and virtual goods have no real-world monetary value. You acknowledge that:

• In-game currency and items are licensed, not owned, by you
• We may modify, reset, or remove in-game items at any time
• No refunds or compensation will be provided for lost virtual items
• In-game progress and achievements cannot be exchanged for real currency

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Game available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Update, patch, or change game mechanics, balance, and features

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, emandev SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of game data or progress
• Loss of profits or anticipated savings
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Game shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless emandev and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Game, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Game ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
